How long will it take for my items to arrive?

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 days of payment. Most items are delivered in around 2 weeks from the shipment date. 


PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie. time of the year such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays).  As such, If we have already sent your order, we will not be able to issue you a refund. For more information please contact us.    


Also please be aware some countries do take longer for orders to arrive for reasons out of our control like customs clearance and postage service efficiency etc. Overall most orders do arrive in 1-3 weeks from shipment but can take longer.


Why does shipping take so long?

Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer.


The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we are currently working on improvising this as hard as we can to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please allow at least 20 business days for your package to arrive.


Is checkout on this site safe and secure?

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. We use encrypted SSL security to ensure the safety of all your personal information. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing your product.

How do I check the status of my order?

Tracking number of your order are usually sent to your email within 5 days of ordering. 


For some shipping companies, it takes 2-8 business days for the tracking information to be updated on our system. 


Can I cancel my order?

After your order has been placed, you have an at most of 24 hours to contact us via email and request order modifications, change of address, or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
